Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand for our boarding services, and an increasing number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we have been forced to implement the following reservation and cancellation policy.

When our facilities are booked to their limit, we often have to disappoint our clients by turning away business. Seldom are we able to fill a space when a reservation is cancelled within days of check-in. These minimum cancellation periods allow us time to offer your booked space to another client.

We appreciate your understanding regarding the necessity of this policy.


For all periods, a PER KENNEL deposit equal to the first night’s boarding fee is required to secure all reservations.

HIGH PEAK PERIODS (see our schedule for exact dates)

Most high-peak periods have a 2- or 3-night minimum; contact us for details on the dates in which you are interested.

Cancellations less than 21 days prior to the start of the high-peak period or the start of your reservation (whichever is later) will be subject to one night’s boarding fee.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior will be charged for the cost of the ENTIRE stay as originally booked, unless we are able to fill the kennel or we are not at capacity.

PEAK PERIODS (see our schedule for exact dates)

There is a 2-night minimum stay requirement on weekends (Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun).

Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the start of the peak period or the start of your reservation (whichever is later) will be subject to one night’s boarding fee.

Cancellations made less than 2 days prior will be charged for the cost of the ENTIRE stay as originally booked, unless we are able to fill the kennel or we are not at capacity.

OFF-PEAK PERIODS (see our schedule for exact dates)

During off-peak periods, there are no minimum-stay requirements.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the start of your reservation will be subject to one night’s boarding fee.
